    As a rule, we ship our products via UPS shipping services - Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight and size of your total order, using an automatic UPS shipping calculator. We believe this is the most accurate way to ensure that our customers are charged only what we are charged for shipping. Due to the incredibly increased gasoline and diesel prices currently in the USA, we apologize for the slightly higher shipping costs this that UPS has implemented. Please note that UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Providing a PO Box only (and not a physical street address) may delay the processing of your order.

    How long does it take to process my order?

    Orders received during business days (Monday-Friday) are processed through our system within 24-48 hours, but can take anywhere from 1-3 days to process through the manufacturer and actually make it to the shipment line to be delivered to you. During the holiday season, every effort is made to speed up that process to ensure that your purchases arrive as soon as possible. Orders received on weekends are processed the next business day (which excludes all Federal holidays, when the factory is closed).

    Inventory Updates

    We will try our best during the busy holiday season to keep as accurate of an inventory list on our web site as humanly possible. However, there are instances in which an item is listed as "in stock" and indeed it isn't. Inventory literally changes hourly during the holiday season. If an item appears orderable and we receive that order, every effort will be made to contact you immediately and offer alternative items that can ship immediately. We appreciate your patience, and assure you we are here to make sure you get your order in a very timely manner!

    What happens if there's a problem with my order?

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order from Country Time Gifts, contact us immediately at info@countrytime-gifts. We will make every effort to replace your item with one that is comparable to the item you ordered, or we will exchange for another item. If you aren't satisfied with your order and would prefer a refund, we will refund your purchase cost only (shipping not included in refund) as soon as possible (usually within 3-7 working days).

    Refunds will not be issued until the item(s) have been returned to us in the original condition that they were received! All returns must begin processing within 7 business days of UPS delivery confirmation. Most of our items are shipped by UPS (with tracking numbers), and the 7 business days starts the day UPS confirms delivery via ups.com. For information about returns, please contact us at info@countrytime-gifts.com. Please do not send return items to the Country Time Gifts address in Pennsylvania! As of October 2008, we cannot issue return stickers to return orders postage-free to the factory. We will issue a "RA" number for all returns, so that your item(s) can be tracked once they reach the warehouse. Thank you!
